This car was stored in a dry garage for 30+ years. Although it was moisture free, it was not rodent free. From the pictures you can see that the interior has been nearly destroyed. But the good news is the body seems to be in decent condition and no cracked fenders or major dents.
We poured gas in the carb and jumped it, and the engine started right up. It appears that the brakes have been replaced prior to storage because it has new brake lines and hoses. But it is not fully operational because it’s been sitting for so long and will need to be serviced.
The majority of the parts are there, except for some pieces of chrome trim. The dash seems to be complete and the gauges are clear. I don’t see anything missing under the hood.

Both tail lights, both outside mirrors, and the fender skirts are included. The stainless on the grill seems to be very nice. The bumpers have been sprayed with aluminum paint but both are complete. The artillery wheels are present with hubcaps and a matching spare. The key works in the locking hubcap on the continental.
On the underside, the floors as well as the frame seem to be in very good condition. However, there is significant corrosion on the left bottom rocker panel and in the tail panel under the deck lid, and there’s a 1-2 inch rust spot on the lower outer of the left front door.
I don’t know if the transmission is free wheeling or overdrive. Please see pictures.
