1939 Indian Sport Scout Bonneville Matching Numbers with Rare Magneto. This bike is a true Barn Find. Was sitting for 50 + years. Tanks are in nice shape inside, this is surface rust on the bike. It was in dry storage for half a century!! Pretty much all parts are original era/period correct. No recent reproduction/repop parts. This was Indian’s most expensive scout bike ever produced.
The bars are original and appropriate for this bike. The seat in the pictures is included in the purchase but not sure of what it came off of.....it is old and still has the original horsehair. I was told by previous owner that the motor was rebuilt. What you see is what is included.
