THE STORY BEHIND THIS1953 CHEVROLET 3100 RESTO-MODA weeks or so ago, we had one of my favorite cars listed ... a 1969 Chevelle SS 396 ... when a 68 year old gentleman visited our Hot Rod Ranch and just fell in love with it. The only problem was, I would have to buy his1953 Chevy 31004X4 first.You see ... he had purchased it some time ago from the gentleman who had personally built it ... and ... after hearing more about it ... and ... that it wasa 4X4 with a Corvette LT1 engine,I was very excited. Well ... we were able to work out the purchase and I can now offer you one of the most incredible Resto-Mod Pickup's I have ever owned.This truck is ... 02/18/2020 UPDATE:We sold this beautifulCustom Resto-Mod 53 Chevy Pickupabout a year ago to a retired Vintage Car and Motorcycle enthusiast who lives in Alabama. He has become a goodfriend andwe have stayed in touch often. A few weeks ago we listed a1967 GTO Convertiblethat was a incredible"Original"car with only 50,000 miles on it.
