Here is a meticulously well-maintained and fully restored RUST-FREE 55' Cadillac with only 65,864 original miles. This is an original California car - very few of these exist anymore in this condition that are not rusted out. Current owner has owned it for about 5 years and has made every effort to restore the car to its original glory. This car was featured in the 2014/15 Rose Parade in Pasadena, CA.
This beautiful car has been carefully restored with care and attention by owner. The interior was thoroughly redone and feels like new.

Some mechanical upgrades performed include the addition of a fuel pump and a four barrel carburetor for more power. The car was upgraded with a new specially coated windshield, four Coker wheels, a new convertible top, new rubbers, & glass, re-chroming everywhere and much more. Seatbelts were installed in the back, new logo mats. The matching hard boot covers for the top is in the trunk.
Owner no longer has the time necessary to care for this car. He is hoping to find a good new home for this fine automobile.
There a few minor issues to note: The original radio is not working but there is an updated modern radio installed in the glove box.
Mechanically the car is running, driving and stopping beautifully - properly and meticulously maintained and serviced. The electric/power convertible top works smoothly. Power steering work feels smooth. The bottom has been freshly spayed. A/C was an option on these back in 1955 and the car is equipped to accommodate it. Comes with original manuals.
This is a huge car, approx 223.2" in length and a curb weight of 4[hidden information] lbs. A little more than 8000 of these convertibles were made by Cadillac for this year (and how many still around do you think still look like this)
