The 1963 galaxie 500 xl 4 speed 390 car you are viewing is all original except for the wheels, high dollar stereo system, new carpet, and the original engine rebuilt. it has power steering and power brakes. car has been driven approximately 2,000 miles in the past 4 years that I have owned it. I purchased it 4 years ago from the original owner in Florence, Ms., The paint on the car appears to be factory paint. it was parked under a shed behind his house. I rebuilt the engine, new clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing, installed new carpet, wheels, and stereo system, repaired small amount of rust around trunk lip by weatherstrip.and repaired floor pans that had rust, cut it out and welded pans back in. It still has original paint, and interior.

It needs a headliner, as you can see, All glass is good and all lights work, and gauges. I applied sound deadner to the inside of roof. The car runs and drives awesome at 70-75 mph, and transmission shifts as it should. It had A/C in it when I got it, I removed it because it was too big under the dash, needs vintage A/C in it.
