Seller Description
1964 BMW R69S converted to 1500cc VW power by master metalworker, dutchman, John Rosema, mechanic to Jay Leno and former president of the BMW Club of Southern California. The sidecar is modeled after the Steib 500, which Rosema used on earlier conversions. It is larger though, with fuel tanks and a trunk. The bike has a right heel clutch as well as a left hand clutch lever. There is a sight glass built in to the fuel tank. Has an oil leak and a stuck kick starter (motor turns over by pushing). Available for inspection.
