1965 Mustang Fastback 2+2 GT350 Clone Project for sale. NO RESERVESolid West Coast Car!! Original 289 V8 car!!I have owned this car for almost 25 years!! It was restored before I purchased it and was in fantastic condition!! It’s been garage kept. I was making a GT350 Hertz Rent-A-Racer Clone.

Extremely nice body to start with!Rotisserie restoration/modification started. Body media blasted inside and out before sealer applied. Internal frame and body cavities coated with anti-rust. Metal work is pretty much all done and ready for bodywork. This car had very minor rust and was professionally repaired. I had the vent cowl sides, rear taillight panel, battery apron and both sides of the trunk floor next to the gas tank replaced with new panels. The body was super rust free and didn’t require much metal repair!! I only replaced the panels mentioned so the car would be perfect! Excellent body to restore!! The GT350 quarter windows are cut in, ready for final fitting. Underside and engine compartment are coated in satin black and look very nice! Thousands of dollars already spent to get this far! Tons of work already done!!Subframe connectors installed for stiffening unibody. X-Crossmember also included and seen in pics. 9” Ford rearend with big bearings installed to roll car around...was going to have it narrowed to fit. Tires are only for rolling car around.GT350 Hood - Side Scoops - Quarter Window Kit and Front Air Scoop/Valance all new parts.Many new other parts! Not all parts are in pictures!!Front and rear seat frames are powder coated, as seen in pics. Some other parts are powder coated, too. Rear fold down seat in good condition. Trap door and interior trim panels are all there and in good condition.Glass in good condition...no windshield.Wiring harness in good condition and worked when removed.Boxes of bolts, engine stands, brackets and mounts comes with it! Most everything that came out of the car for restoration comes with it. No engine or transmission.Check out the pictures!
