This motorcycle is a ground up restoration and rejuvenation. All parts have been inspected and replaced if out of specifications.
The motor was disassembled. Low gear and its bushing were replaced. All other items were used in place. The cylinder sleeves were replaced with sleeves from LA Sleeve along with new standard size pistons and rings.

All new gaskets and seals were used. Compression checked at 155 psi and 160 psi prior to rings being seated.
The carburetors were cleaned and new rebuild kits with gaskets and O-rings installed. New air filters and rubber tubes installed.
A new exhaust system was installed with replica reverse cone Dunstall mufflers.
The motor starts easily with the electric starter or kick starter.
Painted parts were stripped and repainted with epoxy primer base then "Kona Blue" or "Light Sandrift Metalic" base then polyurethane clear coat. The finished paint was color sanded and waxed.
Front forks were serviced with new seals and fluid. Steering head ball bearings were replaced with Timkin roller bearings. Swing arm was serviced and new shocks installed to complete the suspension package.
New low bars, grips, cables levers and perches installed. New mirrors (not shown) are installed and included.
Fuel tank is exceptionally clean and rust free with new cap and rebuilt fuel petcock.
Cafe style seat fits the frame properly and rides well.
New rims, spokes, tubes and tires. New bearings front and rear.
New sprockets and chains with stock ratios.
Instruments cleaned and lubricated and work well.
Electronics inspected, repairs made or parts replaced. New battery and ignition switch. All electrics work properly.
This is a good running 54 year old motorcycle with a few retro twists. It was built to be ridden and have fun on. It is sure to make a few heads turn at a motorcycle show or at that Saturday morning coffee get together.
