1967 Mustang for sale. I am third owner, originally South Carolina car, been in Florida for over 20 years.What has been done so far.•Engine rebuilt about 12,000 miles ago, rebuilt as a 302 V8, Edelbrock carb, Hypo cam.•Automatic transmission, rebuilt same time as engine•Front drum brakes replaced with disc brakes from 1967 Cougar•Over-sized radiator installed to help keep it cool•Factory original workable air conditioner. Had factory original compressor rebuilt rather than replace•Interior replaced with original color and material, no rips or tears. Interior hardware had been replaced (door handles, window cranks). Clean interior•Added three-point seat-belts for safety•Grab A Trak full suspension kit installed professionally. Front and rear suspension replaced at that time to improve ride and get rid of dropping related to age•Brand new battery•Car alarm, with key fobStarts and runs great; no issues as I used it as driver and addressed issues as they came up. Selling just because I have too many vehicles and can’t give this one the attention it deserves to fully restore. If you wish, I can send you a video to hear it run.So, what does it need? (In order of what I think is important)•Tires, they have good real good tread, they look good, no sign of dry rot, but they are 7 years old and would recommend replacing before any high-speed driving. Like I said, they seem fine, but if I was keeping it, I would replace•Fan shroud, it works and in place, but I did crack it reaching into engine•Complete exterior restoration. Car is solid but,oPaint is 17 years old and splitting in places, you can see it in photosoSurface rust in two locations, trunk lid, and rain gutter over door also in photosoDoors and windows could be aligned, they work, close, and waterproof, but takes more slamming of door than it shouldCar was kept and replaced bit by bit over the last 17 years; time for someone else to take over.
