THERE IS NO TITLE FOR THIS BIKE. It says "salvage" in the "vehicle title" field above but that is only because ebay does not have an option for "missing title." The title was lost by a previous owner.

1968 Suzuki T500 Cobra, Titan, chopper, first year, serial # 666!!!There is no title for this bike.

It was lost by a previous owner. The engine is seized (does not turn) from sitting. The throttle is stuck, too. Now that that's out of the way, I'm helping to sell this for the estate of a friend who passed away. This is the first year for the T500 and the frame and engine numbers match. The serial number is 10666, which means that it was number 666 ever produced. I didn't get the story on it before my friend died, but the paint on the tank has a cross on it and the name Maranatha, which is a church in Evergreen Park, IL. It could just be a coincidence, but I suspect that someone involved in the church found themselves with a bike bearing the number of The Beast and decided they needed to church it up. The odometer shows 12 miles. I don't know the story there. The tank has no gas in it and the inside is clean. This would be a sweet bike to get running and let it rock on in all of its current glory. Or it would be an excellent candidate for a full restoration. There is oxidation on all of the chrome but it is otherwise very clean.
