This 1970 Honda cb450 is an unrestored original survivor with original candy blue/green paint. This classic Honda dohc 450 runs and rides fantastic. I recently have completed a full tune-up of the engine including adjusting points, valve lash, timing chain adjustment, and a complete teardown and untrasonic cleaning of the carburetors. I also rebuilt the front brake master cylinder, replaced the front fork seals and fluid, installed new front and rear tires, inner tubes, and trued the rims. I upgraded the rectifier and regulator with a modern rectifier/regulator combination for a trouble free charging system. To further improve the already reliable Honda I replaced the fuel petcock and fuel lines, and rebuilt the starter clutch with oem Honda parts. This dohc450 is surprisingly fast and nimble to ride. All the original wiring is in good condition and all lights are in proper working order. The original candy blue/green paint is in very good condition with the exception of a few small dents and scuffs from 50 years of use. Information about 1970 Honda CB for sale on this page. See price and photos of the CB Honda Blue The inside of the tank is very clean and has not been coated. The frame and chrome are in good condition with some minor pitting and 50 yr. old patina with great potential for full resoration. Overall I this is a very rock solid bike that wouldn't take much to be a show piece to anyones collection or just enjoy it the way it is, I wouldn't be affraid to ride this bike anywhere.
