1970 PONTIAC GTO RAM AIR THREE
This General Motors Vehicle Vintage Services Documented 1970GTO
is a real 24237 VIN RAM AIR 3, 1 of 526 produced IN Oshawa, Ontario with the
400 Ram Air 3 engine. Frame off restoration on the rust-free body with the
original factory GM panels showing no signs of previous damage or repair. The endura
bumper and fenders are original to the car and have no repairs or damage.
Complete M&H Electronics wiring harness bumper to bumper with all new
lights, lenses and 4 new old stock T3 head lamps. The frame and suspension were
restored and/or rebuilt using quality components for trouble free enjoyment.
New correctly molded brake and fuel lines with proper clips and hardware. All
brake components are new, all fuel system components are new including an NOS
(new old stock) fuel tank. NOM 400 engine was rebuilt as well as the TH400
transmission. Correct and complete Ram Air system added that breaths through a
reproduction oversize 2 1/2-inch Garner exhaust system with factory style
mufflers hangers and splitters. NOS coolant and heater hoses with correct tower
style clamps are connected to a heavy-duty radiator as well as a new heater
core.
The interior features an all-new black colored upholstery kit from PUI
Industries professionally installed. Correct Rally gauge package with factory
tachometer and a Deluxe Wood steering wheel with tilt steering. The radio is the
original AM factory unit for a bone stock looking interior.
B.F. Goodrich tires are mounted on the correct 1970 coded Rally II rims with
new PMD center caps and matching lug nuts. During the restoration "The
Judge" package was added to this authentic RAM AIR 3 GTO which consists of
a correct rear spoiler and the bold color correct Judge stripes
Every effort to retain originality, yet discretely hide
performance and add driver comforts was done during the build process. The
factory stock appearing distributor hides a Crane XR-1 Ignition with matching
coil all painted to appear stock. Factory appearing HD radiator, oversized
factory exhaust and aftermarket camshaft and valve springs that mimic the
factory specs with more lift. The transmission was recalibrated for positive
shifts and is spun by a performance torque converter. With only a few test
miles on this car its already clear this car will put a smile on your face
every time you turn the key.

right to sell this vehicle locally prior to the end of any advertisement or
listing.
AT CLOSE OF AUCTION
The successful "winning" bidder must telephone me at [hidden information]
within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make
arrangements to complete the transaction. $1,000.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is
due within 48 Hours of auction end.

Full payment must be received within 7
business days of the end of auction. Payment must made by bank wire transfer only. If the funds are not received, and an
alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made
available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. The
parties agree that this contract shall be construed under the substantive laws
of the Province of Ontario, Canada, that the Provincial Court of Ontario,
Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action brought to enforce the
terms of this contract or over any action arising out of the underlying
transaction(s) with seller and venue may be had in the Ontario Superior Court
of the Province of Ontario.
I have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. However, I
recommend that all buyers conduct an inspection either in person or through a
qualified professional third party inspector prior to the end of the auction.
If such inspection reveals a substantial discrepancy between the information
contained in the listing and the actual vehicle, we will correct the problem or
work out a compromise.
I will assist with shipping arrangements however, the buyer pays all shipping
costs. I do not have any affiliation with, or interest in, any transportation
companies and all questions or concerns should be addressed directly with
them.
