Not matching numbers on motor, but still year correct numbers (1970). PD33101T120R
Many new OEM or approved parts from the Bonneville Shop in Colorado.Everything torqued to workshop manual specs and red locktite used, new lock-tabs and case sealer etc.The bores are +40.The crank is in excellent condition with standard size journal and new shells.New wrist pin bearings.New thrust side crank roller bearing, new high gear output bearing and seals.New primary chain and shoe, clutch friction plates and springs.New brass thrust washers in gearbox too.New points and condensers.New battery and strap.New taper roller headset bearings.Greased swing arm and checked bearings.Tires, chain and sprockets in great condition.I do not have a key for the steering lock but they are available and are relatively cheap ($30)Speedometer needs a service and pilot light, the needle bounces around, the last one I had rebuilt cost me $100.(I do not have the time to send it away, and need to sell the bike)New speedo drive and cable fitted.The clocks are mounted in rubber boots which seat in chrome rings which is a mod to the 1972 version I am told.

One of those boots has a repair to the rubber.I have changed the fork oil but not stripped the units, there is a small patch of corrosion on the very top of the stanchions which is out of the sealing range and they seem to operate fine on my bumpy dirt road ( watch the video ).Mufflers are modern high quality Triumph that are fitted to new Bonnevilles, so it's pretty quiet but still has the growl!Although there are a few non-original parts, it could easily be returned to stock quite inexpensively if needed.
