1970 TriumphBonneville T120 - Numbers matching machine. Thisis a complete and correct no expense sparedmechanical and cosmetic rebuild - concourse qualityrestoration.It was a running motorbike when the restoration began in 2019. All mechanical, powdercoat, andpaint work done locally. Zero road miles.Located in the Bay Area, CA between San Francisco and San Jose.ENGINE: Engine disassembled, cases degreased & glass bead blasted, oilways cleaned, sludgetrap cleaned, new bearings (both engine drive bearings, rod bearings), new standardbore cylinder, new Hepolite 9:1 pistons & rings.-Cylinder head glass bead blasted, and rebuilt to factory specs including new valves, new valve guides (phosphor bronze), new springs.-NOS3134 profile nitrited camshafts matched to new “R” tappets.-Correct new Amal Concentric 930 carbs fitted.Correct fuel lines.-Oil feed and return are NOS herringbone. New rocker feed line with new hardware.-Correct exhaust pipes.Correct Made in Englandmufflers.- Correct newinspection caps Made in England.- Correct pushrodtubes with correct seals and wedding band style retaining rings.-During assembly all engine and transmissionparts were pre-lubed with engineassembly lube. The sump has a small amount of oil and the oil tank hasa small amount of oil. A small amount of engine oil was added to each cylinder.The engine is turned over occasionally.TRANSMISSION/ DRIVETRAIN: Gearbox rebuilt. All moving parts checked. Bush, thrustwashers, bearings replaced.-New chrome kickstart lever and gearchange lever.
