1970 Beetle: Was owned by the original VW dealer in Spokane. I am the 4th owner and it was garaged for more than 20 years. The third owner did not drive it at all. A little over 50,000 miles on her PERHAPS. When I got her after sitting for so long, I had much work done -- brakes, tires and wheels, carburetor, new seat belts, new gas tank, tons more. I have spend around $3,000 on repairs and refurbishes. Can keep up on the freeway, great in the snow, all around cheap to operate vehicle. Standard transmission.
This little bug is the light of my life, but the new home I'm building will keep me much warmer. Sad but a practical fact of life. Does not come with rack. Rack and extra $50. Four mounted studs available for $200.
If you want to meet and chat with nice people, have no one road rage at you, drive this car and make friends. If you want a boyfriend in his 50s, 60s, 70s, this is the car for you.
I've just added more photos, including the interior. The interior is very dusty and dirty right now because it is on the mountain top. It is normally kept very clean, as seen in photos. The seats are ripped, the headliner and visor not ripped but dirty, lower rear window liner ripped, the rear seat isn't in, have it in storage. The dash and instruments are very good, 2 small cracks in dashboard.

Steering wheel has two cracks. Horn doesn't work. Heater works great, lights, windshield wipers, new and work. Gas gauge works only when the car is full. Small crack in front windshield. New battery.
Pan is sold. Some rust on driver's side where running board attaches. One tiny rust spot on passenger rocker, no other rust on car.
Can drive it home to anywhere.
