Selling my 1971 Chevy Chevelle SS454
This car is in excellent condition and was last painted in 1998 with Sikkens paint a beautiful color blue that gets compliments every time its out. Not flawless but always draws a crowd and the paint looks greatwith only some small minor flaws. Always garaged and well taken care of.
Engine was built by professional shop in 1996 and you will either shit yourself or have a huge smile on your face when you stand on it, maybe both.454 has 10.7:1 compression and runs on premium 93 octane fuel with no problem. 780cfm Holley carb, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Aluminium water pump4 core Aluminium radiator and factory fan shroud , factory brackets and pulleys. Engine puts out way more power than 365hp advertised.Built TH400 Transmission with shift kit and 2800 stahl. 12 Bolt posi rearend with 3.73 gears with boxed control arms and factory rear sway bar.
Dakota digital gauge cluster is analog and digital and will give you information like 1/4 mile time and 1/4 mile speed , top speed and rpm recall, service engine and low fuel just to name a few.The gauges have LED lighting and are very bright and east to read. I cant say enough on how nice these gauges are.
Retro Sound stereo with Sony speakers. Radio also has hands free speaker and iPod connections.
Beautiful body and under carriage. Car is very straight and all gaps are nice. Doors open and close easily and everything works like it shouldDoor buzzer works , all lights and signals and the FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING blows cold !
This car has the factory correct exhaust tips and cowl induction hood with flapper. The correct styled steel wheels with Firestone Indy 500 Firehawk tires.

Car always starts right up with no issues hot or cold., it has 80 lbs of oil pressure when cold and 60 lbs when warm. Super easy to drive as even my wife has driven it to work. Put the family in it, fasten your seat belts and enjoy the ride.I know most wont like the bench seat but once you've driven the car you will understand, its so very comfortable and just a pleasure to drive.I do have the spare tire and will include it, but removed it to haul lawn chairs and cooler for cruise nights.
