In house Yamaha restoration, this bike just came out from our production warehouse last week. This is a 1971 Yamaha RT1-B 360 enduro, it is the second generation RT1 360 and restored to the original specs. This Japanese
bike is by far one of the most collectable bike in today’s market the way it restored. Rebuilt and cleaned
carburetor, new air filter and spark plug. It always starts on the first or
second kick. The engine is healthy, quite and runs strong, new smooth clutch and
all gears shift normal, oil injector pump is working. Speedometer, tachometer,
horn, turn signals, head light, tail light areworking, plus all instrument lights are
working as well. Timing is setup correctly. If you are a fan, enthusiast and a collector looking for beauty and
performance this bike is for you. I have the title on my name with current NON OP California. registration, good luck to the enthusiast, collectors, fan and everyone. I can assist for shipping and also hold the bike for two weeks at new owner request. This bike has 8k miles warranty on the gearbox, engine and electrical on normal riding condition. Everything was touched and inspected during restoration interior and exterior. Sandblasted the frame, swing arm, exhaust, tool box, skid plate, foot rest,
kick stand, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under
bracket, gas tank, oil tank, headlight bucket, (2) ears, chain guard, front
fender, rear fender, bar
tension, air box. Primer and sanded
are tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake,
meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank oil tank, headlight
bucket, (2) ears, chain guard, front fender, rear fender, bar tension and air box. Powder coated with gloss black the frame and swing
arm. Painted with Yamaha black are tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand,
toolbox, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, bar
tension, air box. New original Yamaha black and stripe competition red paint
are the fuel tank, oil tank, fork ears and headlight are Yamaha black. Front fender, rear
fender and chain guard were painted shade of gray. Applied three clear coat for longer protection are
tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake,
meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank oil tank, headlight
bucket, (2) ears, chain guard, front fender, rear
fender, bar tension, air box. Polished fuel tank, oil tank, head light, ears,
both fenders and chain guard. We used the latest technology in the market today, vapor blasting
to cleaned both engine cases, cylinder head, cylinder itself, petcock and
carburetor and all other aluminum parts. Inspect all gears, new bearings, clips and washers inside the gear
box. Complete engine
re-building, bored cylinder to 3rd oversize, new original 3rd
o/s keystone piston and piston rings. Re-shape exterior cylinder and painted
with high heat gloss with gasoline resistant ( nos looks ).

All gaskets and
engine seals are new. Polished wheel hubs
and levers and lever holders.
Re-chrome
speedometer/ tachometer housing, muffler guard,(2) outer nut shocks tread,(2) outer shock cover, kick start, shift lever, handle bar, both rear
shock springs, ignition key housing, front fender brackets and both wheels. Shiny cad zinc plated all nuts and bolts, spokes and
other accessories has been zinc plated for good look and for rust prevention,
reshaped nuts and bolts that are neglected. New chain link, complete
re-build front shocks, rear shocks are nos, plenty of damper on them and no
leaks. All electrical
inspected and cleaned flywheel and magneto. Refurbished electrical wires,
refurbished tachometer, speedometer and horn etc. cleaned all electrical
switches, re-set speedometer to o miles. New ignition point.
New high quality
and nos parts on the bike are Seat dampers, Petcock gasket, Speedometer/tach
damper, Fuel tank cap, Seat foam, Seat cover, Cables, Oil tank decal, Head
lamp, Grips, White Grommets and Black grommets, 2- fuel tank emblem, clutch
gasket, Kick start rubber, Shift rubber, Foot pegs rubber, Speedometer reset
knob, Ignition point, NOS head light ring, Keystone 3rd oversize
piston rings, Keystone 3rd oversize piston, 2 front shocks dust
cover, seals, Head gasket, Cylinder gasket, Engine seals, clips bearings,
Camshaft bearing and seals, IRC trail tires, front tire 3.50-19, back tire 4.00-18
