Super clean H-2 in excellent running condition, with many new or rebuilt parts. This bike was made to be ridden, and is ready for summer. Some parts that were original looking like the gas cap and spokes and rims have been left in their patina state as of now. Engine has no missing or broken fins.
MOTOR: When I bought this bike, I was told that the engine had been totally rebuilt from the crank up. I can verify that there are brand new Wiseco pistons, and that the bike runs fantastic. No leakage from interior seals, as motor runs well. Starts on 3rd kick cold, and 1st kick when warm. SUPER LOW SERIAL #, but NOT a matching number bike.
CARBS: Completely gone through with new Mikuni brass and proper stock needles/slides and jets. Runs great with newer repro stock pipes.
CHASSIS: New front fork tubes/seals/oil/dust covers. Front brakes split, cleaned and pads replaced. New front rubber brake lines. Rebuilt master cylinder.
-Rear brake was cleaned and new pads also.-New bronze swingarm bearings and zerk fitting.
-New AVON tires front and rear.
ELECTRICS: Big improvements here…ALL bulbs were replaced and work…new sealed headlight (original stock), turn signal/instrument/taillight/brake bulbs.
-New main wiring harness, and ALL connections replaced or refurbished. Over 26 connections replaced, so this bike will not let you down with shorts or old wiring.
-New battery and turn signal sending unit.-New Lakeland Super-Regulator, never have a charging issue again.
-Paint is about a year and a half old, engine cases and fork legs polished. Seat is original.
-Engine is a very rare low serial number, probably first few days of production, but is NOT a match for the frame. Both were made in 1972 however.
-Frame is in very good condition, has some scratches, but was not powder coated.
Look at the pics, and ask me any questions, and I will give you an honest answer. I fixed every mechanical/electrical problem that I found to make a super-clean vintage road-burner that you could ride without worry she would leave you stranded. Actual mileage is approx. 300 since rebuild.
