Used 1973 Honda CB Used 500L

Offered is a very nice CB500 Four. Original dark green/black. This bike is completely original and unrestored in any way. The tank is dent free, inside is coated. The seat has an aftermarket cover over the original cover. The side panels are intact and crack free. The chrome has pitting throughout. The original exhaust is solid, has some surface rust no holes or thin spots. The motor kicks over freely with great compression. Throttle moves freely, carbs move smoothly. Clutch has good feel. Brakes work as they should. The bike is currently NOT running. Ran when parked approx. 4 years ago. All fuel was drained from the tank and carbs. The battery will need to be replaced as it does not hold a charge. I did charge it long enough to check the electronics. The starter tried to turn but the battery was too weak to actually turn it. The head light works hi/low. Tail light and brake light work. The turn signals light up but do not flash. Horn works. I would recommend carb cleaning and fuel line replacement just due to sitting. This will be a great bike to simply get running and ride as it is. Great survivor bike. I have a clear NY title for this bike in the previous owners name.
