My understanding is that build was begun on bike 9/72; by that point they knew they had a problem due to 750's performance increasemodifications. So, they fixed bikes on hand, before shipping. At time of my purchase, this bike hadn't been retitled in 30+ years, and to my knowledge has always been titled as a 1973 (POST-FIX, aka: TIME TRAVELLER); probably shipped in 1973.
Easy starter! Great power/strong motor (strong as my 'sold' 850). *Bike had 31K+ on odometer when I purchased. Previous owner'sopinion was that motor'd never been torn down. Speedometer didn't work (odom. did), and bike came withappropriate replacement speedo/odom., starting at 4K miles (shows 4480mi now). Mikuni carb. Steel fuel tank. Boyer ignition. I installed stainless RGM luggage rack. These are sexy looking/sounding/riding old bikes (fun weight/great perf). This would be a keeper, but getting additional helicopter ratings; getting current flying again. Transitioning back into flying for a living/between jobs.

-Buyer totally responsible for shipping/pick up.-You'll have 3 options for pick-up:
1.) I'll make myself available (within a 2 hour call area) for 5 consecutive predetermined days, to meet with your shipping co.
2.) If your shipper doesn't show up during those 5 days, or if you chose to initially, I'll leave bike with a business of your choosing (your expense) (for crating/pick-up/storage/etc) in Searcy AR (I can recommend some businesses).
3.) You can set an appointment for a specific day and time to meet and pick-up (7+ days in advance, unless otherwise agreed).
I can store bike for free up to 30 days after auction end, after which time, storage with me will be $10 USD per day (due in advance).
-Buyer to pay $500US deposit, via PayPal, within 24hrs of auction end. Buyer to pay within 7 days of auction end, the remainder/balance, via bank wire transfer (US cash Dollars might also be acceptable -in person).
