The history. (please watch the extensive videos at the end of this description).I bought this bike from an old guy called Oscar, he bought it brand new in 1976 with an optional suspension upgrade kit that he never fitted. He bought this to go elk hunting in the mountains of Colorado. It's a very harsh and unforgiving rocky terrain and there are some scrapes and scratches.Oscar hunted for three seasons and on the last, a tree root caught in the speedo cable which threw him off and onto rocks. He broke his ankle, but managed to ride out of the wilderness alone. When he arrived home, he strapped the bike up in the roof of his garage and never road it again. That was over 40 years ago. With minimal work, I have restored the bike to working condition.I have titled it in my name, but I have photocopied the original old title and also done a color scan of it.
Upon buying the bike from Oscar, he allowed me to do a quick video interview in which he tells his fascinating story.Being a one owner bike with such interesting tales to tell, I was keen to document it for posterity.Below are a series of videos in which I go into good detail. Please watch before asking questions.

I think this would be a good investment and a great addition for a serious collector. I was told that only 9000 of these bikes were made.
I will sell internationally. Shipping companies will typically handle all of your paperwork.
Please check my history 'as seller'My history quantity is low but they are nearly all bike sales from my collection.
Local pickup only, but I will load it onto a truck of your choice but don't accept responsibility for the shipping.People are using 'Uship' with good results.I would estimate $250 to $450 anywhere in the lower 48.Estimates are quick and free on Uship.com.
No immediate hurry to collect, I work from home and can be flexible with your driver, which will get you a good quote.
Payment is by deposit of $250 by Paypal and the rest by cash, bank transfer or certified check ( although this option will take longer as there are scams involved with checks now ). This is the only safe way to sell a vehicle on Ebay, sorry for any inconvenience.
Less than 20 or negative feedback, message me first before bidding please.
You should come and see before you bid, but if you are satisfied with my video description, you are welcome to bid unseen. If you ship unseen then please know that I do not accept returns.
Message me with any questions at all.Good luck and have fun!ThanksSteve
