Used 1976 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Used

This car was purchased earlier this year from the original owners Walter and Thelma. Walter passed away and Thelma did not drive it much do primarily to the size of the car. It was purchased new in 1976 in Export PA I bought it with the intentions to take it to Mecum Auctions in Harrisburg this year. That has been postponed until ?. The car has always been garage kept and still wears the original paint. There a a few minor flaws in the paint which is to be expected on a 44 year old car.

The mileage showing, 51,000 appears to be correct. I see no evidence of any accidents or body work done to the car. It is a great driving car with out any known issues. The electric antenna did quit working on me. Does not effect the driving. All other power options work, power seat and windows. The exterior shows very nice. There are two touch up spots on the lower corners of the back window. I tried to show one in the photos. One small spot under the drivers side opera window. I did not buff this car out since I have owned it. I did vacuum it once but did not do anything else to it. It was and is that clean. 1976 was the bi-centenial year for the US and this was the last year for the large GM full size cars. This is a very fine example of one of those automobiles. I do not have the car advertised anywhere else but do have a moderate reserve placed on the car. I encourage any potential buyer to come and look the car over or have some one look it over for you.
