This is a unique 77 Special Edition Trans AM Y82 Tribute we received as a Trade-in on another Trans AM. When this Trans AM was restored, they wanted to build the car the way they wanted it. So they decided to add a Fisher T-Tops Roof to the car instead of the more common Hurst T-Tops. The Fisher T-Tops were the successor to the Hurst T-Tops when it was discontinued in 1978. This is a popular conversion that makes this SE Tribute stand out. The Fisher T-Tops are larger and have a better seal than the typical Hurst T-Tops. The Fisher roof section was also stronger. The original numbers matching 6.6 Litre V8 is still under the hood. The Deluxe Black Interior is in great condition. The body looks very solid with no evidence of any major work. The rear valance is nice and solid. The rockers also look good. It is a very nicely restored car. If you have been wanting a Trans AM SE, but found it hard to part with the high costs of real '77 SE, this might be your chance to get into one for a more affordable price point.
