Used 1977 Yamaha DT250 Enduro

For sale is my 1977 Yamaha DT 250 Enduro. If you are reading this ad you know that these bikes are becoming increasingly difficult to find in original condition.
A classic two stroke single cylinder engine with all the refinements expected of a motor produced in the 70's. The Yamaha starts easily and rides as you would expect. It certainly puts a smile on your dial when you twist the throttle. There are plenty of discussions praising the attributes of these bikes on motor cycle specific forums, so no need for me to repeat them again here.
Selling because I am down sizing my bike collection and starting with the Yamaha and another bike currently advertised on Ebay.

I am open to negotiation but not interested in swaps or insulting low ball offers. I'm in no hurry to part with something I am very fond of so use your intelligence and offer a figure that you really think could be accepted.
The Yamaha is currently on club registration which is not transferable so will be sold as unregistered. The DT would pass any inspection, all lights and controls work and is as good an example as one would wish to find. There are a few minor blemishes and scrapes as one would expect to see on an unrestored 43 year old motor cycle. The photos are a good indicator of condition but the bike presents better in the flesh.
