I have owned this Bimota since 1989, I rode and enjoyed it for several years, until I put it away and haven't used it since.
In 2015 I took the the bike out of storage and began a thorough restoration.
The
bike was restored by Nico Bakker frame construction. Bakker is well
known in the motor racing world for its innovative motorcycle frames and
stellar racing record. During the restoration the bike received some
modern upgrades to enhance the handling and performance; a new fairing
was incorporated featuring better aerodynamics, lighting and wind
protection.
The engine was rebuilt by renown engine builder and
race shop Yoshimura. The original Suzuki engine received new big bore
Pistons (now 850cc), connecting rods and camshafts; the cylinder head
was ported modified.

early Bimota's are rare, beautiful and almost never come up for sale.
Hand built in Rimini, Italy by master craftsman, they remain unmatched
in quality and desirability. The SB2 checks all of the boxes for

except an enthusiastic new owner/collector.
