Rare very low mile1978 BMW R-Series R100/7 airhead in excellent condition. Barn find bike that had not been on the road since 1997 and only has 12k original miles. Previous owner had take care to properly store the bike as it is in very excellent condition with no rust no dents or notable damage to tank that wears almost perfect original paint. Even the Factory red lining in tank is perfect. This is a rare opportunity to own a vintage 1000cc low mile airhead. Still needs turn signals and taillight added. But wiring is all there and works. Fires right up and runs and rides great and just installed new vintage tires/tubes/rim bands. Has a brand new Wolzwerks battery carrier and new lithium Ion battery located under the chassis. Removed gauge cluster, fenders, and other items to slim down for cafe build. All parts are available upon request and included in purchase. No permanent modifications to the bike except the battery tray mounting tabs were cut from the frame and center stand as removed. still has the original air pump.Please see photos for condition.
