Up for sale is a 1978 Dodge Magnum G/T fresh out of restoration . Slight custom paintwork.

This car runs and drives perfectly. Starts with click of the key.
All options working. Twin Lights Auto Body in Milford CT has completed a frame-on restoration including mechanicals. This body shop has been in business since 1949 and offers a lifetime warranty on the bodywork and paint.
This includes a NEW gas tank and sending unit, a NEW wiper motor/switch, NEW rear shocks, NEW power doorlock actuators and solenoids. A NEW Pioneer AM/FM/CD player with remote and 4 speakers in the original locations.
Exhaust turn downs at mufflers. Including extension and tailpipes so you can if you wish extend exhaust to original location. Including NEW chrome air cleaner with Mopar 400 ci decal.
Over $20,000 invested including the car. Found a Roadrunner project so ideally I would like to sell this car to make room for that. Not desperate to sell but would make it convenient if I did.
I found out that this is a MATCHING engine, and correct for the vehicle and features it's original Torqueflite 727 with lock-up torque converter (fully serviced), rear end and performance dress up under the hood. There is an Edelbrock manifold and carburetor to replace the troublesome thermoquad. After obtaining the history of the vehicle from the previous owner we discovered the following:
a) engine is matching and was rebuilt, block painted black by rebuilder but valve covers are direct connection and blue with chrome hand nuts.
b) the rear end was a 2.45/1 sure grip and was replaced in 1991 with a 3.55/1 sure grip and I have the receipt to prove it.
This is a RARE car, only around 650 G/T's built, and fewer still with a big block and T-Tops, estimated to be 1/61. Car has almost every option, after market gauges under the radio and a pioneer stereo.
If it doesn't sell I will keep it and enjoy it for a few years while it becomes increasingly collectible
