Bike is very presentable for being 42 years old, original condition besides paint which was done back in 1986 back to black because it was purple w/gold metal flake. Frame could use a few touch ups battery acid stain which was common on low center behind primary of frame. Bike has all matching #’s never been apart starts right up drives like new. I completely went thru bike I’m a H-D certified mechanic, master tech w/BMW, and have my own restoration shop i do my own jobs in. New tires,chain,clutch, battery, all fluids new, wheel bearings greased, new solenoid, starter relay, all new circuit breakers. Swing arm and chain guard chromed by previous owner. Bought from 2nd owner has had it since 1984. Have two up seat, passenger pegs only 1 mount for rear axle though. Service, parts and owners manuals. There were only 3133 units made according to H-D eighty year history 1977-1,923 1978-1,201. 1979-9.
