This Jeep was dealership owned by Blair County Jeep Sales in Altoona, Pa. The dealership was sold the same year (1979). This Jeep went from the show room floor to temperature controlled storage for the past 41 years. The vehicle has never been titled, and therefore considered new, and in the possession of the dealership owner's son. He has all the dealership documentation, factory letter of origin, and original window stickers. This Jeep has all original parts. Some exterior extras were added by the dealership to show customers options and extras that were available at that time. The seats are original factory special ordered from a Jeep representative that visited the dealership. It has never been repainted or rebuilt. It is in perfect running condition. The 586 miles were put on by the dealership driving it to and from promotional shows using dealer tags.
