VEHICLE NEED:
The vehicle needs the
fuel drained and refilled, fresh Lube Oil and Filter Service, New Battery at a
minimum to start...
Realistically the car
should be gone through and be fitted with fresh brakes, tires, all fluids,
belts, hoses, spark plug service and reseal and address any leaks on the engine
from sitting BUT this is an incredible fully documented "Scottsdale Barn
Find" and can be put back into tip top mechanical condition with the right
buyer easily and on budget.
The vehicle was removed
from the Sellers residence due to the home being sold and after careful
consideration of owning the car for the past 27 years and lack of use, he has
decided to let someone else acquire this fine example of a vintage Porsche at a
realistic price that works for both the Buyer and the Seller
WHAT DOES THE
VEHICLE NOT NEED:
Interior is near
flawless, the removable Targa top headliner needs to be redone as it is pulled
away from the edges due to age...an easy fix...
The vehicle was
completely refinished approximately 6 years ago prior to be covered and placed in
storage...I would rate this vehicle one of the nicest fit and finish 1981 Porsche
911 vehicles you will find
Glass / Moldings are in
excellent shape
Vehicle has been
lightly detailed to show Buyers the present condition but we are not completing
any mechanical work on this vehicle as the right buyer will surely want to go
through this vehicle and make any repairs to their liking... and so we have it available
to show by appointment and all questions and/or inspections must be made prior
