BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Here is our 1983 Buick Estate wagon. Its a solid AZ car with what looks
to be original paint and WHATS LEFT of the original faux wood on the sides.
Its dry and peeling, but no rot underneath. Its too dry here.
Its still a daily driver and runs and drives great. Floats down the road like an
83 Buick should. Interior is in really amazing shape too.
This sled still looks great from any angle and has tons
of potential for the buyer for a new project.
But its about 95% complete at least and you wont
be having to chase down alot of parts etc. MUCH MORE DETAILS BELOW

DRIVETRAIN: under the hood is your typical
factory V8 4v Olds motor. Auto trans and well loaded
car. Starts and runs very well. Id drive it anywhere
to be honest.

AC isnt blowing cold, but the compressor
actually isnt that old. Not sure where the problem is
other then its out of R12. Other then that everything else
works like it should the best I can tell. Ive been driving
it to work or the store at least once a week.
INTERIOR: take a look at pics, the interior has held up
very amazingly for an AZ car. Burgandy couch like seats
front and middle, with the optional vinyl 3rd row rear
facing seats. So cool. Dual action tailgate with working
rear glass. Actually all the PW work at the moment.
Faux wood inside also in nice shape. No funky smells inside
unless you consider 83 GM interiors had a unique smell.
Loaded with tilts, pw, pdl and seats. Dr side main pw switch
is loose in the door panel.EXTERIOR:you are seeing we believe is the original
Sand Tan paint with faded and peeling fake wood on the
sides. Body is in amazing shape, and being an AZ car this
has really no rot on the floors or body. Chrome is in really
amazing shape too. Some fading off the black paint on
the stainless trim as you may expect. Could use a good wax
job, but as is, its still a looker. Some of the plastic fillers
between the bumpers are missing due to its age and the AZ
heat.
Aprox 106k believed to be original too.
SUSPENSION:the suspension looks pretty much like the way
it came from the factory and complete. Has the factory
Chrome Rally wheels and this looks to still have the
factory rear self adjusting rear suspension. Havent checked
to see if it works yet, but it looks all to be there.
This thing rides great, but the front shocks due feel like
they are ready to be replaced soon.
