Beautifully presented 205 CTI, the car has had very little use in its previous years, its last owner took the time and great expense of paying for a full professional re-spray and then literally due to work commitments let the car stand (dry stored) for over a year. The bodywork is in great condition, no rust visible anywhere, the body is solid, not full of welding or fillers it really has been looked after.
The underneath of this car is absolutely solid as a rock, nothing to concern yourself with, pictures of the underneath taken whilst car was on a ramp are available to back this up.
The interior is also a testament to it's low mileage and care it has received over the years, the seats are half leather and are in great condition for its age, no rips or tears and the leather is supple and usable, with a patina that suits the age of the car. A new hood was fitted a couple of years ago and is in perfect condition with no rips or tears and no leaks either. The interior other than the tailored car matts i purchased is entirely original as far as I can tell.

The car itself drives superbly, the engine pulls like it is brand new, the exhaust note sounds great as you push through the gears, she certainly does love to be driven, no knocks or untoward noises, again this car has had money spent in the right places, keeping her driving well and handling superbly.
The cars service history is present in the form of invoices and receipts, it original service book is sadly no longer present with the car but there are sufficient invoices with expenditure to show the cars up keep. This includes the all important cam-belt and tensioner change was completed in 2017 so again no concerns there.More recently to bring the car right up to the standard it deserves i had the rear axle changed for a brand new unit, this is a well known problem part on these cars the ВЈ400 cost for the brand new part along with the associated fitting costs were well worth the spend as the difference in its ride and drive are huge, whilst this was being done (in June this year) i had my local garage go through it from front to back and they recommended changing a brake caliper as it was binding slightly, replacing a brake house along with renewing some of the copper brake pipes due to light corrosion, obviously whilst this work was being done the brake fluid was drained and replaced and the brakes bled. The car had a full service whilst there, changing oils, air filter, antifreeze etc, so it really is ready to go for its new owner.
The car gets a huge amount of attention everywhere it goes, the kids will undoubtedly miss it even though they have no idea what a 'cassette player' is and how it works. It really is a lovely car with everything done that needs doing for it to be enjoyed and cared for in the years to come. Certainly in today's economic climate 'classics' and certainly 80's cars are seeing a huge upsurge in prices, this car will make you money if you look after it, way faster than a savings account will!!
I will not have storage available to me for the winter so have taken the decision to sell the car as it deserves to be kept in doors.
