This car runs great. It's fast and tight. This is the last year of the hand built M5's. The doors close with precision and the AC blows cold. The paint has been detailed to a near mirror finish The interior and engine compartment have also been detailed. The interior very is clean with no rips, tears or odors. This vehicle has NOT been smoked in. The car retains the spare tire along with the tool kit and jack. 1993 was also the only year for the very cool twin stalk rear-view mirrors.
The paint looks good but there are a few issues. There are very tiny chips of missing paint on the front of the hood. The car was keyed at some point on a portion of the front drivers quarter panel and the driver's door. It has been touched up with BMW paint touch up system. There is road wear on the paint along lower quarter panels near the wheel well. There are a few other light scratches and touch ups are noticeable upon close inspection. There are also flecks missing from road wear on the lower panels near the front wheels. These imperfections were very had to photograph. Everything works, windows, power seats, heated seats, sun roof, and all gages and the on-board computer. The radio has static and the remote key fobs are very sporadic, and should be replaced, but it does have the two original keys and key less entry fobs. There is a small nick in the leather on the lower interior passenger door.
The tinted windows have small imperfections on the passenger rear and back windows. Lot's of maintenance records.
