Used 1995 Toyota Rav4

Seller Description

For sale, one used Toyota Rav4, 1995 compact SUV.
2L 4 Cyl, Auto, AWD.

The good:
Solid body, reasonable paint for age.
No rust that I could find.
Good roadworthy tyres.
Brakes, suspension and CV joints done few years ago when purchased. Done about 10K since.
Tidy interior for age.Auto transmission works flawlessly.
Good working A/CAll electrics including windows appear to be working.
Still runs and drives but see bad points below.
The bad:
Recently cracked radiator end tank with a slow weep so it had started to use coolant/water as a result.
Power steering hose? leak. Drips on to the exhaust behind the engine. Unable to locate exact place of leak, 2 other mechanics also can't find the location but the PS fluid does go down after a few drives. This makes the exhaust smoke badly and is a fire hazard. I have been unable to source replacement hoses as no genuine or aftermarket ones exist and will require custom made replacements through a hydraulic specialist like Enzed.
Front foot wells flood during rain from the sun roof. The drains are clear and seals are good, I suspect drain hoses that run through the inside of the A pillar have perished and is the source of the leak.
The ugly:
Engine partly rebuilt but still has low oil pressure. Had new big end and main bearings replaced, oil galleries flushed, new oil pump, new water pump and timing belt replaced. This saved the engine but it still struggles with building up oil pressure but had been like this for the last 4 years without an issue.
The car is unregistered and I would have the car towed as long driving might cause a fire due to the power steering leak on the exhaust.
Would make a good run about car once the power steering hoses are replaced, radiator replaced and I would just leave the sun roof closed permanently and seal off the glass and seals with some sealant to stop the water getting in.Apparently according to google, this leaking issue is very common for the early RAV4s.
Pick up from Kyneton area. Inspections are welcome but I don't know how to make contact as ebay blocks pre sale contact info exchange.
