For sale my 1996 Honda XL600 Transalp. Lovely, unmolested example. The mileage is 67k kilometres (42k miles) and might go up slightly. MOT valid till 3 Dec 2021. The engine runs sweet, recent oil, filters and spark plugs change, valves adjusted in February. Front steel braided brake hose fitted, new front and rear brake pads. Carbs ultrasound cleaned. Tall touring screen with deflector fitted. Stainless steel aftermarket exhaust- mainly to protect the stock one which is in near perfect condition and these are very rare nowadays. The can sounds lovely and throaty but is not offensive. Kappa 48L top box.
This is a lovely bike and will be missed. They are tough and well built, very comfortable and friendly. I've had 4 of these in my life and always looked after them and loved them to bits. The only reason I decided to sell it is because I'm moving to Tiger 800. Whether newer means better, time will tell..
