Great condition overall and recently serviced (20th April) by Mercedes Benz agent. A very reliable car.
Comes fully registered in ACT but car is currently in SA. For a SA buyer, happy to arrange full SA registration at buyers expense.
The vehicle is a 1996 Mercedes Benz E320 (W210 chassis for Mercedes enthusiasts) and I am the third owner.
The car has a comprehensive service record over the 24 years it has been on the roads. During my ownership, I have replaced or have had replaced:. New interior headliner. New timing chain cover and chain tensioner cover gaskets. New 10CD stacker in the boot. New windscreen cowling and cabin air intake. New cabin air filter. New battery
Absolutely no rust (unusual for this series of Mercedes) and overall is in very good cosmetic condition. The interior is the desirable charcoal fabric interior and is in pretty good condition there are no tears or rips (the previous owners had seat covers fitted) and all the seats have good spring tension and lumbar support. Panel display a little dull.
New floor mats (front and back) as well as a dash mat. No cracks in the dash since the dash mat has protected it.
Suspension and brakes are very good making it a very enjoyable drive.

Being the early model of this car it has the twin overhead cam 3.2 straight six (with variable valve timing) and well as the fantastic 4 speed automatic transmission. These are both from the model beforehand (w124 for the Mercedes enthusiasts) and are fantastic really reliable units and are brilliant when you feel like putting your foot down.
Only issues with the car is that the air conditioning on the car is non-functioning the compressor does kick in but there is no cold air. Also, panel lights are a little dull.
Sale is final and therefore I would recommend inspection prior to bidding - but, up to you of course! Either way, you won't be disappointed!
