1998 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab 4x4. Laramie SLT. 24 valve Cummins Turbo Diesel. Automatic Transmission, Banks kit, edge programmer, 5" straight pipe, Air Conditioning, most power options. Runs great, drove her home in November about 6 hours and no issues. I purchased for my son because we were looking for my original truck, had not found it. Literally a day or two after we bought this one mine turned up. My son has a sentimental attachment to mine that is strong despite mine needs tons of work.
The transmission was done on this one at some point in the last couple of years. It drives and shifts beautifully. No paperwork, however being a Dodge owner you simply know when something has had work done on it.
It has the cold air intake, the Banks high ram, the edge programmer and the straight pipe. I am not fan of performance upgrades on trucks like this, however it does wake them up quite a bit. We got close to 22 mpg coming home on the highway with it. Half our trip was during the day and half at night, so all lights work correctly. We ran down from the mountains to the flats, no steering, handling or braking issues. Air conditioning worked and so does the heater.
Blow by ? did that test where you remove the oil cap and place it over the hole and if it pops off it is bad.

Well it did not pop off. 53 Block? not that I am aware or can find evidence of.
I purchased 5 new tires and rims off of 4th gen Ram 2500, so new 18" rims and tires that are Firestone TransForce. Also purchased a new black grille.
No corrosion, she had an oil leak at one point, took it to work and power washed it, and have no new findings of said oil leak.
It has a rhino liner, a turn over gooseneck hitch, and receiver hitch, it has a remote start and keyless entry.
Has a set up on the dash for EGT's and Fuel pressure. Typical Dodge Dash, Have access to a replacement that I can point you in the right direction.
I would not hesitate to drive her across the country, She will need paint and some dings resolved if you want a show piece, if you want something for hunting, fishing, working, or just like character then it will be fine as is.
The carfax should show about 7 owners. It has been in AZ most of its life, and I see not signs of rust. Some of the pictures will show dirt or mud.
I am not trying to rip anyone off, just need my money back out of it to fund the other beast which needs a miracle. I do have an excellent person for shipping, dealt with this gentleman for years and he is swift and reasonable.
My negative feedback on my last 2 vehicle sales were due to some difficulty circumstances. I have the truck for sale locally as well. It will have a reserve which is my break even for the truck.
