Up for Auction is an original 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX Turbo 4G63.
I have owned 4 GSXs , it’s near impossible to find them In a all original condition. This car was left alone. Only 2previous owners , owned by an older gentleman for most of its life.
The 5 speed manual shifts smooth, turbo spools great without any lag.
Has original car manual/paperwork with maintenance records. Timing belt, thermostat, oil pan gasket, transfer case output shaft , camshaft ,crankshaft , balanced shaft, oil pump seals were done about 1500 miles ago.Interior is near perfect. I have tested all the switches and buttons , everything works like it should. Dash is perfect, interior doors arePerfect. Seats are near perfect ( small wear on driver side )carpet and interior near perfect.
The Anti-lock dash light is on but Anti lock works, pulled the fuse and still is on- common issue. Car does have small amounts of surface rust on underbody nothing major . Breaks and rotors are great.Car doesn’t leak any fluids or burn oil.Paint is very good for its age. There are a few small rock chips and the rocker panels are flaking the clear coat.Tires have good tread on it’s original rims .Interior sun roof cover needs to be replaced or reupholstered, sun roof opens and closes both ways as it should.Driver side mirror glass tends to drop after time but power mirrors work great( easy fix). Body lines are perfect, never been in an accident.Power seat works great. Radio works great. Comes with original spare tire, jack and tool.
Beautiful car , it’s ready for the roads ,or with a few minor fixes ready for the car show.
I have been looking for years and don’t come across a GSX or GST all original very often.

As stated above there are a few rock chips on the hood and front of fender.-The side plastic rocker panels have clear coat peeling .
