1999 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra.
This car has had well over $14,000
of work done to it over the past 7 years and
I have most of the reciepts to prove it.
The 4.6L 32V DOHC engine was rebuilt in 2012. At the same time, the IRS was removed and a strait axel mod was performed with a rear axel from a 2005 GT. The GT rearend is a Trac-Lok Posi 3:73 which is slightly lower that the original ratio. A handheld
SCT X4 tuner was added to reprogram for the speedometer. The SCT X4 provides a way to load custom engine tunes and tweaks but for now has only been used to correct the speedometer. The suspenssion was updated with Granatelli tubular rear control arms, upper and lower, and a set of Steeda lowering springs. All of this was done proffessionaly by Jackson A. Bowman Co. of Oklahoma City . ---$4,400 (receipts)
In March of 2012, AUDIO EXTREAM of OKC installed a Digital Design 10" woofer mounted in a custom rear facing reflex bass box in the trunk, Digital Design mids in the trunk deck and doors. To drive the speakers they installed a 600 watt Diamond Audio D600.4 amp. The amp is mounted to the back side of the rear of the bass box and is accessed by laying down the rear seats. ---$1,500 (receipts)The head unit is a KENNWOOD KDC-352U.

In April of 2012, Priebe's Auto Clinic in OKC

In October of 2012, Downtown Tire and Auto Service replaced the original T-45 transmission
with a BRAND NEW, hi-performance TKO500 and a
stage 3 clutch. This was a significant improvement to the weeker T-45 and clutch. ---$3,200 (receipts)
The car looks awesome with its lower stance but the handling was affected, so after I purchased the car in 2013, I added a few things to improve it.1. Maximum Motorsports PanHard Kit # MMPB99A,2. Steeda bumpsteer kit.3. Front strut tower caster/camber adjustments.4. and new tires.
The car has 188K miles but looks awesome.
It is'nt perfect and does have small chips and scratches but is in unbelievably good condition
for its age and mialage. The worst paint defect is a small half dollar sized spot on the rear bumper where my daughter bumped into me and made the paint flake. See the last photograph.

As of now,Less than 5k miles on tires.Less than 18k miles on engine, transmission and clutch.And less than 50k miles on the rearend. As I stated, I have reciepts for much of the work.
The ones I have total over $12,000 and do not include
everything that has been done. The entire drive train has been swapped, rebuilt or replaced so ONLY the body has 188K miles.
Other details....18 inch Cobra wheels all the way around.Power leather seats, power windows,
power door locks, power mirrors,
cruise control and ice cold air.EVERYTHING works as it should, even the traction control.
