1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500Frame Number: JKBVNAA18XA[hidden information]Build Date: 10/98167 Original MilesBrand New Old Stock SurvivorIf you’re looking for a nearly new 1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 that is still original down to the tires and exactly the way it came from the Kawasaki factory, this is the one. It’s the lowest, or at least one of the lowest mile Vulcan 1500’s in existence. I don’t know of any other machine like this one.

In 1985 Kawasaki launched, worldwide, the Vulcan VN700A, its first cruiser powered by its first V-twin engine. The VN700A has a shaft drive.Kawasaki also made the now rare VZ 750 variant with chromed wheel arches and other subtle differences.In order to avoid United States tariffs on Japanese motorcycles over 700cc, the initial US model was limited to 699cc but in 1986, the tariff was lifted so the engine capacity was increased to 749cc. Apart from paint schemes the Vulcan remained largely unchanged throughout its 22-year production run with only minor adjustments to components.
PLEASE NOTE: This motorcycle is located in Suburban Chicago.The cosmetic condition of this machine is exactly as it looks in the photos, if not better. Every finish on the machine is original. No part of the bike has been painted, re-finished or restored.When I found the bike, it had been in dry storage since new with one mile less than it currently has. I re-commissioned it by changing the fluids and checking all of the mechanical components to ensure everything functioned the way it should, then rode it once and placed it on display.Everything on this motorcycle is original, from the gas tank to the wheels, the cables to the seat, the engine finishes to the tires.What you see is what you get, and the way it was for the past 22 years.This bike has been part of my collection for a while and will run and ride with absolutely no issues, should the new owner wish to actually ride it.Please don’t forget to take a look at all of the photos in the description section.
