(not to mention it was the 1st year of the 10th
generation), exceptionally low mileage, Canadian Black on Black Bonne is a true piece of Pontiac history.
As mentioned, 2000 marked the
first year of the 10th generation Pontiac Bonneville which began life in 1957.
The Bonneville, which was Pontiac’s longest production vehicle, has always been
Pontiac’s flagship sedan and has was marketed as “luxury with attitude”.
This is likely the lowest mileage 10th generation Bonneville out
there. I’ve yet to see or hear of 10th generation Bonneville with less
than 30,000 miles and even those are very hard to find. These cars are becoming rarer
on the roads and next to impossible to find with low mileage. This car was
bought new locally (Thunder Bay, ON) in July 2000 by an elderly lady who hardly
ever drove it over the 19 years she owned it.
This Canadian car still has the original window sticker, bill of sale,
service records, two sets of keys plus the valet key, etc. This car was just over $46,000 new. The car had the dealer Ziebart gold package (undercoating, paint
protection and leather protection) done to it before the lady took delivery
which was a $750 package.The 3.8L series
2 engine has been named one of the top 10 engines ever made and these
Bonneville’s have proven to be extremely reliable vehicles while getting over
30 mpg on the highway. Original rear air suspension works flawlessly, car runs and drives like new, has dual climate control, cruise control, 12 disk cd changer, cassette player, no oil leaks, and everything works as it should. It would be extremely difficult to find a more reliable car that will outlast the Bonneville. These cars have proven themselves over the past 19 years to be practical, reliable and economical.
I would also like to mention that there is a button on the dash that converts the car from km per hour to miles per hour. Pressing this button changes both the odometer and speedometer from metric to imperial and also saves these changes until you press the button again (you do not have to press it every time you get in the car). There is also a light on the dash that laminates to state that the car is in either km per hour or miles per hour.
Most of the 10th generation Bonneville’s 2000 through
2005 were daily drivers, now showing veryhigh mileage and wear. It’s not
uncommon to see a car with 250,000 miles and still going on its original
drivetrain. This car is near perfect and fits the “excellent” category
condition of afull 5 based on the mileage and condition.According
to Kelly Blue Book vehicle ratings:
"Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks new, is in
excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has
never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean
title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection of any wear or visible
defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records.Less
than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category.

If maintained, this car will
continue to appreciate complimenting any Pontiac collection; any car collection
for the matter.You can rebuild them many times, but cars are only built once at the factory.
Please note that this car was NOT stored in climate controlled garage or museum
so it is not perfect. It does show some
minor wear as the car is 19 years old (soon to be 20) so there are some very
minor dings and/or scratches/imperfections. Despite that, this still has to be
one of the nicest, lowest mileage 10th gen Bonnevilles on the
planet.
Again, vehicle is in EXCELLENT (not perfect) condition throughout with no
excuses!!!!!!!! The pictures speak for themselves!!!!!
Vehicle can be driven any distance with complete confidence! Vehicle also had a brand new GM battery.

TFX International is one of many shipping company'sthat offers door to door international service and they can also take care of the importing paperwork on your behalf. A more cost effective alternative could be to have the vehicle shipped within Canada to a Canadian city near you so that you can pick it up at a depot and then import it yourself.
