POSITIVES:1. The vehicle has undergone court proceedings and the Village of La Grange (Illinois) owns and has CLEAR title to the vehicle.2. The vehicle is a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country LX van with 145,764 miles, gold exterior with tan cloth interior, 3.3L V6.3. The tires are Bridgestone #P215/70R15 and at least 50% tread left, but are from 2010.4. The vehicle is 2WD, Front Wheel Drive, has excellent front and middle bucket seating and 3rd row seating. Rows 2 and 3 are removable.5. The vehicle has automatic transmission and uses standard unleaded gasoline.6. The vehicle has lighted visors (both), sunglasses holder, front and rear roof controls, front and rear dome lights and tilt steering wheel.7. The vehicle has cup holders throughout, rear tinted windows, door guards, and a roof rack with cross bars.8. The vehicle has ABS braking, front driver/passenger air bags, and a parking brake.9. The vehicle has A/C, heat, zoned air, power windows, locks, and mirrors (see negatives).10. The vehicle has an AM/FM stereo with a cassette player AND CD player.11. The vehicle has lighted visors (driver and passenger), cruise control, and a 12v port on the dash.12. All lights, lamps, signals, wipers, and all other electrical devices appear to be in good working order EXCEPT listed items in Negatives.13. The body seems to be in relatively good shape other than listed in negatives.14. The interior appears to be in good and relatively clean condition.15. The seat appear to be in good condition.16. The rear wiper blade will need to be replaced.4. The molding strip on the lower windshield is starting to come off.5. The inside roof liner will need to be glued back up.6. MAINTENANCE/SERVICE:Due to this being a seized/forfeited vehicle, we do NOT know a great deal about it's service or mechanical history. We DO have a CARFAX on the vehicle that shows a reported accident on 05/05/06 to the right rear in which NO airbags were deployed. There appears to have been 5 previous owners of the vehicle with no notable other issues.
