This 2006 Buell XB12X Ulysses with 26,618 miles has been fully serviced
and detailed. It is in perfect running condition. Brakes are extremely
powerful. The tires and battery are new (3-weeks old). Powered by a
1203cc v-twin engine with a 5-speed transmission, the Ulysses puts out
103 horsepower and 84 foot-pounds stoke. I have added a factory race
tuner and the factory race pipe from the factory "race kit" they used to
offer. I have all of the original new parts that were pulled from day
one on the bike when I purchased it new. Including the factory high
seat. It has a seat height of 30.7" and a dry weight of 395 lbs. This
bike has been upgraded with heated grips, GPS, risers, highway pegs, a
puke can, upgraded (09) fork springs, EBR extreme duty front rotor with
XXX pads, added right side air scoop, new (1-week) spark plugs and a very
very long list of added factory as well as aftermarket upgrades. I am
the original owner and have treated this bike like a child with
documents of all services.Why am I selling?
Reluctantly for sure, but I have finally saved enough and decided to by an HD full dresser for more capacity on ultra-long highway trips with
my wife. This bike has served us well but as with age, we have out
grown the size and need to upgrade accordingly. If you commute with a
laptop, this bike is perfect for daily use which is what the majority of
my time was spent doing on this bike. Don't get me wrong, you can hit
one end of a continent to the other on this bike. I just need more cubic
inches of storage for two up riding on long trips and I no longer
commute to work.
