The 2006 Ducati Sport classic was the only year the bike was made with a monoposto swingarm and suspension. This is the best looking version of the bike, whereas the biposto’s featured double sided rear shocks and passenger foot pegs that made the bike heavier and busier looking in the rear.

The 2006 sport classic. is the purist version of the sport classic range and as such is the platform on which the Paul Smart version was based on as well as the 1000SE limited version.
The modifications are tasteful and whenever possible using OEM parts or better. I wanted to build a yellow version of the Paul Smart and thus sourced the PS fairings and suspension to achieve a yellow PS1000LE. The bike is a joy to ride and garaged indoors.
I’ve certainly enjoyed building and riding this bike. I am looking for a good home for this one. It has a clean title and is ready to be ridden. Please see details below and let the photos speak for themselves.
