2007 Aprilia RS125 2 stroke Learner legal. V5 present and in my name. With just over 9200 miles. Bike is currently being used on the road "weekly". Its MOTd until July 2022 with no advisories.I bought it locally a couple of years ago, it had been stored in a shed for 5 years, and needed work.

I'm retired and used covid lockdown time to get it back on the road and have used it since as a 2nd fun bike as I like 2 strokes. I've done about 900 miles on it since doing this overhaul, which included mainlyEngine out and overhaul. Full bottom end rebuild (PJME crank, mains, bearings, gaskets, etc)Water pump overhaulNew Plug, oils & fluids, Pipercross air filterNew chain and pulley tensionerNew locks all round (ignition, fuel tank and seat lock all one key)New batteryBrakes overhaul with new pads front and back.new rear Indicators
So it runs and rides ok, tyres ok, etc but cosmetically it's maybe showing its age a little. Don't get me wrong, its not bad, no dents or anything like that, its just scuffs and scratches in the usual places (fairing edges, seat and tank plastics, tank etc), the odd tiewrap, etc. These are hard to capture on photos so assume its a little worse around the edges than the photos show. I liked the original graphics (the Aprilia lion on the fairing,) so don't feel compelled to start spraying it up or anything like that. It is what it is and its original which is how I prefer it. If you want a flashy show piece, this is the main area it would need work. I'm happy just going out for a ride on it. Until I get cramp that is, which is more often than I would like...
Few things to note: Its an 11kw learner legal restricted one so its fine for normal road use & learners. Also,I run it on premix (I'm old school) but have the original oil pump which works. And its cheap ВЈ20 a year road tax.
But at the end of the day, it is an old 2 stroke though so no warranty or returns will be given and viewing is recommended.
