Very well maintained low mileage example of the
one and only BMW E60 V10 M5. This fine example finished in Silverstone II
Metallic paint over a Silverstone leather and walnut interior is equipped with
the 7-speed SMG III transmission which along with the V10 engine links the car
with the BMW Sauber Formula One program. I work for a BMW Center and the car
needs nothing. It has been very well maintained throughout its life and the new
owner will enjoy the benefits of a transferable comprehensive warranty until
3/28/20 or 77,575 miles. The SMG III transmission works flawlessly and shifts
very smoothly as the SMG hydraulic pump assembly was replaced last year along
with the clutch plate under warranty. I have also had the alternator replaced
and all services have been performed and are up to date including spark plugs.
The original wheels have been powder coated in black chrome and match all the
badging and kidney grills. All parts are OEM. New Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires
with less than 500 miles on them. I also have had the brake calipers powder
coated which adds a really nice touch; something in my opinion BMW should have
done from the factory. The halo bulbs have been recently
replaced with high quality MTEC CREE LED. The rest of the vehicle including
exhaust is stock. The vehicle has been professionally detailed with a ceramic
coating and the paint is beautiful. Has a few stone chips as expected for a 12
year old vehicle. Includes BMW car cover. These vehicles are becoming harder to
find in this condition and are very much under appreciated and valued for the
awesome performance and place in BMW M history. It will become a classic
collector vehicle just like the E39 M5.
