I have driven this Honda Element on very long trips and day to day even though it has a SALVAGED title, It has been licensed in California for over 2 years. All DMV fees are paid up to august 2019. Runs and drives good, it is superbly relatable. If you live in California or a state that is not as strict concerning titles this is the car for you and at half the going price for a car of the kind. May be able deliver at WA border at a small fee.
