Used 2009 Honda CRF Used 450L

Just had my 3rd kid and this bike just sits in my garage. I am the original owner and this bike has been babied since I purchased it, I never raced it.
I bought it new in 2011 from Berts Motorcycle mall, it was a left over 2009.

3 years ago, I was able to get a license plate for it. It is classified in the DMV's system now as a street motorcycle and I still have the current green sticker for it, so it has dual registration. Clean pink in hand.
Here is what the bike has:
Precision Concepts Stage 3 Kit (Consists of a 08 R Cam, air box mod, jetting, pink wire mod, and smog block off)
JCR spec ProCircuit T-4 stainless exhaust and header with spark arrestor.
IMS 3.2 gallon, dry break ready, natural tank.
New Dunlop GeoMax tires, one ride on them and they are balanced.
Newer super sprox chain and sprockets (14/48 gearing, good for 101 mph in the dirt).
Trail Tech Voyager GPS computer with red anodized protective housing.
Scotts Steering Damper with submount.
Tusk dual sport wire harness, horn, and flush mount turn signals.
Rear, OEM look, brake light.
Acerbis plastic skid plate.
Folding dual sport mirror.
Shock Therapy suspension, fresh oil, valved for 200 lbs
I have all of the original parts for it (gas tank, cam, and exhaust). Oil was changed every 10 hours with Honda synthetic (red bottle 10W/40). Bike only has 115 hours on it.
