I have just fitted brand new tyres which cost $1,400 and completed the major service which included replacing the timing chain, timing chain tensioner, and camshaft adjusters. DO NOT BUY A W204 Mercedes (C180, C200, C250) that is nearing 100,000 klm unless this has been done. It will cost you $2,500 to replace the timing chain, and if the chain fails while driving (which is common) it will cost you $7,000 for a new motor.
The car comes with the factory AMG package so has AMG wheels, body kit, floor mats, etc. It also has tinted windows, climate control, bi-xenon headlamps with LED driving lights. Satellite navigation, reversing camera, parking sensors, rain sensing wipers, auto dimming mirrors, upgraded B&O sound system, and flappy paddle shifters.
Apart from 2 modifications the car is stock. I have upgraded the steering wheel to an original flat bottom Mercedes Benz wheel out of an AMG C63. It is far nicer than the original and feels great to hold, and I have fitted a GFB diverter valve which improves the performance of the turbo.
