This is a very rare Harley, very special and unique factory custom. Only 250 were made in each touring model and only for one year. The MSRP in 2013 was $30,093.38. See original bill of sale. The list of customs parts is three pages long and posted here. In summary this hot rod is all blacked out, stage 1, screaming eagle parts everywhere. I never planned to sell this Harley but circumstances have changed. This was Woodstock Harley Davidson's dealership bike, on their website, for about 2 years. It was (and remains) their Marquis bike.
I actually was presented at delivery with the video for the build but I cannot post it on eBay so, I'll email it to whomever wants to see it. It shows the step by step build on this bike. It also interviews the mechanics who built it. This is not some so-called custom bike from a collection of odd parts. It is 100% Harley and a name and numbered bike. It has 3600 miles and mostly went only to shows where it was a consistent winner, mostly in the Hudson Valley NY. No imperfections. All photos are of the actual bike (and me on delivery day). They are not "stock photos". They are taken from the Woodstock web site and they are this very bike. The ones in the garage and of the odometer are my photos. I will not ship this bike, but I will cooperate with buyer's shipper. I require full payment in advance before collection of the motorcycle. I have clear title, no liens. It does come with the windshield which is detachable.
So a new Road King is $26K. And a new one is stock and no extras. This one is 3600 miles from new and has every conceivable (expensive) option. It has the 103, not the Milwaukee Eight 107, but with the stage 1 and the screaming eagle breather it will kick the new one's .......
If I do not get the reserve I guess it will stay in my garage or living room for posterity. I will not give it away but I will not take advantage either and my pricing, I think, reflects that. Check my 100% feedback and bid with confidence.
